    Once logged in go to: https://app.initiate.ai/mediaLibrary, or find the media tab -> uploads section while editing a project. Press on the "Uploads" sections, then press "Upload Or Drag And Drop Files". Once the file has uploaded successfully you can drag and drop the video/image file from the uploads section into your timeline directly. If the file you have uploaded was audio, then that should show up in the Music tab -> Uploads Section.
